Overview

These terms govern your use of future-comics.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or signing up for a waitlist, you agree to these terms. Future Comics is a brand of Spicy Data LLC, owned by Sweeet AI LLC, based in San Francisco, CA. Contact us at [email protected].

Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We never store your payment details.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Future Comics.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in those cases.

Limited editions and availability

All Future Comics products are produced in strictly limited print runs with no reprints. Once a run sells out, it is gone. Variant availability is not guaranteed at time of checkout if stock is reserved or being held by another session. Stock is confirmed at the time payment is processed.

Shipping

• We ship to the United States and select international destinations.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in shipping confirmation emails, but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
• For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are limited-edition physical goods, all sales are generally final. However, we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The item was lost in transit (with carrier documentation)

To request a refund or replacement, email [email protected] within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged items are helpful.

Waitlist and email communications

By joining a release waitlist, you consent to receive email notifications about that specific release, including when it goes live and related updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, and content on future-comics.com are the property of Future Comics and the respective artists. Purchasing a physical product does not grant you any license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Comics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
