Future Comics is a brand of Spicy Data LLC, owned by Sweeet AI LLC, that sells limited-edition print comics and collectibles directly to consumers at future-comics.com. We are based in San Francisco, CA. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
We collect the following information when you make a purchase or sign up for early access:
- Name and email address — to process your order and communicate with you
- Shipping address — to fulfill and ship physical orders
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number
- Order history — items purchased, amounts, and order status
- Waitlist signups — email address if you join a release waitlist
We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary to run this service. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that profile you.
How we use it
- To process and fulfill your order
- To send you transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates)
- To notify waitlist subscribers when a release goes live — only if you opted in
- To respond to questions or support requests you send us
We do not send unsolicited promotional email. Waitlist and release notification emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the third-party services required to operate:
